TEMPUS IV (2007-2013)

TEMPUS supports the modernisation of higher education in the Partner Countries of Eastern Europe, Central Asia, the Western Balkans and the Mediterranean region, mainly through university cooperation projects.

• Partner Countries: Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, Montenegro, Palestinian Authority, Russia, Serbia, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan
• Partners on a self-funding basis: Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Croatia, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, Turkey
