ALFA is a cooperation programme between the European Union and Latin America which contributes to the development of the higher education in Latin America.

• EU 27
• LA18: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela

• Lot 1: Joint Projects
• Lot 2: Structural Projects
• (Lot 3: Accompanying Measures) - not open for 2011!
