Quality Management & Internal Control System

The staff unit Quality Management and Internal Control System supports the management and subsequently all organisation units by applying up-to-date management instruments and by cooperative guidance. The main tasks of the staff unit are:

• the implementation, continuous adaption and development of the quality and process management system of the OeAD-GmbH,
• the development, monitoring and maintenance of an internal control system (ICS), which is to guarantee the correctness of the business methods as well as the efficiency and transparency of the business processes and internal controls.
