1. Self-concept and guiding principle

The OeAD-GmbH understands itself as an advisor, promoter and service institution for all internationalisation efforts and activities in the field of cooperation in education, science and research.
The guiding principle is to establish the OeAD-GmbH in the next few years as a national agency with comprehensive expertise in all activities related to international cooperation in education and research and ultimately to offer internationalisation as a one-stop shop.

2. Service orientation

Towards its contracting authorities and customers the OeAD-GmbH positions itself as a full service provider; a professional, economic and thus efficient providing of services being a matter of course. In dealing with customers the OeAD staff are committed to the principles of friendliness, expertise and service orientation.

3. Continuous improvement

The further development of the quality management of the OeAD-GmbH is to guarantee that the services and internal processes of the OeAD are improved and developed continuously. The expertise and motivation of the staff on all levels is of vital importance in this process.
