Internal Services
The three Internal Services report directly to the management.
Their tasks are:
Finances Department
- Financial accounting and assets accounting (cost accounting, planning and reporting / controlling, financial management)
- Representation of the services of the OeAD-GmbH by means of cost centres and cost units
- Central processing of the whole payment transactions (interface to databases)

- Public presentation of the OeAD-GmbH
- All print and electronic media
- Promotion of Austria as an attractive higher education location
- Promotion of studying abroad
- Austrian database for scholarships and research grants www.grants.at
- Euraxess - Researches in Motion
Human Resources | Law | Infrastructure
- Human resources management in the OeAD-GmbH (including personnel administration)
- Legal advice & consultancy services for all OeAD departments
- Consultancy service and information about legal requirements for residence of students and researchers in Austria
- Information and communication technology, facility management, procurement
- Organisational and economic management of the University Preparation Programmes in Vienna, Graz and Leoben
